Established in 2017 in Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province, China, Yongkang Bonou Houseware Co., Ltd is a dedicated manufacturer specializing in premium custom doors. Operating from a 2,200sqm facility with a skilled workforce of 150, we combine modern production with meticulous craftsmanship.

Production Equipment
– Slitting rolls / coils of stainless sheet (coil slitting machine);
– Cross-cutting stainless sheet;
– Polishing of stainless steel sheet;
– Covering a stainless sheet with a protective film;
– Packing rolls / coils (coils) and packs of cut stainless sheet in accordance with the rules of transportation for subsequent transportation in sea containers.
– Equipment for checking chemical composition (stationary or portable spectrometers)
– Equipment for checking the quality of the surface of stainless steel (determines the quality and performance of polishing and grinding the surface of stainless steel sheet, pipes)
– Equipment for checking geometric dimensions (thickness, length, width, diameter) – electronic or mechanical thickness gauges, micrometers.
– Weighing equipment with state verification (if such verification is provided for by Chinese law).
